Booking & sessions

  • all cash payments must sign a receipt
  • all contracts are valid for 24hrs from the time they are sent.
  • minimum 48hr cancellation notice for all sessions/events.
  • contract & Invoice must BOTH be completed at the time of booking - this Is to hold your date/time
  • only 2 spectators are permitted during STUDIO sessions
  • 5-10 minutes late will be an automatic reschedule - unless It Is a mini which would be an automatic cancellation
  • No Call, No shows will have to pay additional fees If booking In the future.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather (rain, storms, extreme temps). Overcast skies or cold/hot temps are not grounds for rescheduling unless it affects safety or experience.
  • Final Payments: Due before or on the day of the session/event.
